Bringing an Abundance of Goodness to The World

The Arizal (Shaar Hamitzvos) writes: “Know that one must be very careful with brachos because a person’s body benefits from them and becomes sanctified from these blessings, as is stated (Tehillim 40:9): ‘And Your Torah is inside my innards’, and they bring an abundance of Divine goodness to the person.”
