The Trisker Rebbe zy”a (Sefer Magen Avrohom, Parshas Shelach) writes as follows: “When a person eats with kedusha and makes brachos before and after he eats with kavanah, he has the ability to uplift nitzotzos of kedusha and bring them to their Heavenly roots.”
